How should I care for my East Fork pottery?
Our ceramics are durable and designed for everyday use. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, though we recommend avoiding sudden extreme temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship nationwide via carbon-neutral carriers. In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Are your glazes food-safe?
Yes, all our glazes are lead-free, non-toxic, and meet or exceed all FDA standards for food safety. We test our clay and glazes regularly to ensure the highest quality.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pieces. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Why do some pieces have slight variations in color?
Because our pottery is made with natural clay and fired in gas kilns, subtle variations in glaze and texture are a natural part of the process, making every piece unique.
