Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece of East Fork pottery in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to ensure our kiln-to-table process remains sustainable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Pottery

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original honeycomb paper or biodegradable peanuts to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
